Receptionist Opportunity

Lindfield Speech Pathology is seeking a friendly and positive person to cover our receptionist's leave for a period of three weeks.

The casual role involves handling phone enquiries, meeting and greeting clients, processing payments through HICAPS and EFTPOS, and performing general office duties.

Duties will include:

  • Customer service and meeting clients
  • Handling phone calls and putting clients on wait lists
  • Processing payments and managing database entries
  • Performing general office tasks such as photocopying and laminating
  • Assisting staff with odd jobs

Requirements:

  • Positive and friendly personality
  • Confidence in handling phone calls and client interactions
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
