- Manage reception duties effectively, including answering phone calls, handling mail, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Support administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong sense of responsibility are essential for this role.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor is vital for building positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Primarily afternoon/evening shifts (4pm-8pm), with flexibility to work a range of shifts highly regarded.
