  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.">
  • Manage reservations and booking requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.">
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.">
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions, maintaining a balanced cash drawer.">
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.">
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.">
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.">
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.">

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is an asset.">
  • Proven experience in customer service or receptionist roles, preferably in a hotel setting.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
