Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader to drive growth and innovation in our Australia & New Zealand markets for LinkedIn's Sales Solutions (LSS) business and its Sales Navigator product suite.

The successful candidate will lead a talented sales team to unlock the full potential of the ANZ market, part of the wider APAC region with a Total Addressable Market of over $2B. They will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that drives growth and innovation, ensure robust sales processes, make strategic resource allocation decisions, and build compelling investment cases to accelerate growth.

  • Create and drive a high-performing culture that inspires the team to excel and grow throughout all phases of the talent life cycle.
  • Set a strategy for ANZ that aligns with and influences both regional APAC and global approaches, focusing on driving growth and capitalizing on market opportunities through big-picture thinking, creative problem-solving, adaptive leadership, decisive prioritization, and strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Exceed targets by managing operational discipline across sales segments, executing with precision, and adapting to the moment in terms of positioning or sales execution.
