About Us

Coates Hire, a proudly Australian owned company with a long history of supporting customers to deliver major projects, is seeking a skilled Equipment Solutions Coordinator.

Your Role at Albion Park

This critical role involves coordinating daily operations, including equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns, to ensure seamless customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations to meet customer needs
  • Identify and respond to customer requirements through person-to-person interactions, phone calls, and email communication
  • Contribute to team performance by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer loyalty, sales revenue, and safety
  • Complete various branch administrative tasks, such as generating hire schedules and invoices

About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A proven track record in customer service roles
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work conditions
  • A genuine interest in helping others and a desire to learn about diverse equipment solutions
