Your New Role at Albion Park
As an Equipment Solutions Coordinator, you will play a critical role within our branch teams by assisting customers with their equipment needs. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily operations such as equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations including equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns.
  • Identify and respond to customer needs in person and through communication.
  • Contribute to achieving team KPIs, including customer loyalty, sales revenue, and safety.
  • Perform administrative duties, including generating hire schedules and invoicing.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong customer service skills, a high work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additional requirements include being available to work Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, having intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel), and previous experience in a customer service role.
