Behaviour Support Practitioner Role

About the Position:

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our professional team in Mildura, supporting clients and their families with tailored clinical supervision and professional development.

This rewarding role encompasses multidisciplinary expertise to understand drivers of behaviours from communication, sensory, and environmental perspectives. We deliver best-practice services through our Positive Behaviour Support Model.

  • Conduct assessments and develop person-centred plans in collaboration with clients, families, and carers.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based support plans that reflect individual goals, passions, and strengths.
  • Broaden the knowledge and capacity of those supporting clients - family, carers, friends, etc.

Essential Requirements:

  • CURRENT Suitability with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.

  • Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle.
