Person-Centred Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in empowering participants to make informed choices and take control of their lives.
Our Positive Behaviour Support Model is underpinned by a commitment to promoting positive behaviours and building skills. You will work closely with Speech Pathologists and other clinicians to understand the drivers of behaviour from a communication, sensory, and environmental perspective.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing tailored support to participants, focusing on skill development and promoting positive interactions.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised behaviour support plans.
- Conducting regular reviews and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of support strategies.
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, or education).
