Building Stronger Communities through Disability Support

Mallee Family Care is seeking a Support Practitioner to join our team. This role will provide case managed assistance to children and parents with disabilities, building their capacity and connecting them with disability supports.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Disability, Early Childhood Specialist or related behavioural sciences at degree level or associate diploma level with substantial experience in the relevant service stream.
