Our Positive Behaviour Support Model combines Behaviour Support Practitioners and Speech Pathologists expertise to understand behaviour drivers from a communication, sensory and environmental perspective.

• Support individuals through assessment and person-centred planning processes
• Identify meaningful goals and practical strategies using The Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework
• Develop, deliver and evaluate evidence-based support plans within complex support spaces
• Ensure individual plans reflect the needs, passions and strengths of each participant
• Build knowledge, capacity and strengths of those supporting individuals - family, carers, friends, etc.

• Suitability with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
• Able to work positively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
• Confident computer skills
• Effective writing skills
• Current Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle
