You will work across various settings, including home, community, and supported accommodation, providing tailored support to empower people with disabilities to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality support services that promote independence and inclusion
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development
- Promote community integration and support clients in accessing social and recreational activities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans
- Encourage independence and empower clients to achieve their personal goals
- Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities
