Korean Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Executive to oversee and optimize our social media presence, ad campaigns, and localized marketing initiatives in Korea. This role will be essential in developing content strategies, managing community engagement, collaborating with local agencies, and expanding our reach across regional social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to drive sustainable growth.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee advertising campaigns (Meta, Instagram, X Tiktok, and etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events in Korea.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures in the Korean market.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication in Korea.
  • Create compelling copy for various marketing materials (brochures, press releases, website content, and etc.) and provide Korean translations.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities in Korea.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance in the Korean market.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses for marketing initiatives in Korea.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related roles, with a demonstrated ability to manage and grow social media channels in Korea.
  • Experience in managing ad campaigns for brands or agencies is preferred, showcasing a solid understanding of ad targeting, optimization, and analytics in the Korean market.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into engaging and accessible content for the Korean audience.
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong understanding of Korean culture and market dynamics.
  • Similar industry experience (brokerage / gaming) is a plus, with a focus on the Korean market.
