Director Role

We are seeking two new directors to join our team.

The organisation is responsible for ensuring the integrity and mission of our programmes. As a director, you will be expected to exercise key responsibilities including:

  • Maintaining clarity on our mission and objectives
  • Providing strategic guidance for setting the direction of our programmes
  • Monitoring our activities to ensure alignment with our mission
  • Evaluating executive performance by setting targets and reviewing progress
  • Sourcing and utilising resources required to carry out our mission
  • Adhering to governance standards

DIRECTORS MUST ADEQUATELY DISCHARGE THEIR STATUTORY AND FIDUCIARY DUTIES TO ACT IN GOOD FAITH, AVOID CONFLICTS OF INTEREST, AND DEMONSTRATE CARE, DILIGENCE, AND PROFESSIONALISM.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with skills in finance, financial management, digital marketing, campaigns, and a deep understanding of Pasifika culture, politics, economics, and society.

Candidates should also demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Commitment and Time Requirements

As a director, you will be required to commit approximately 15-20 hours per month to our programme work.
