About the Position:

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate support workers who share our commitment to empowering lives. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants by providing quality services and promoting opportunities for active inclusion in society.

A typical day as an Empowering Lives Support Worker may involve:

  • Providing domestic and personal care support
  • Assisting with transportation and academic needs
  • Supporting medication management and individualized goal setting
  • Encouraging community participation and group centre activities
  • Utilizing hoists and other assistive technologies

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current Police Check, Working with Children Check, or NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • A current driver's license, car registration, and insurance
  • Current First Aid and CPR training
  • NDIS Orientation Module and Infection Control Module certification
  • A Certificate 4 in Disability or Individual Support

We require applicants with availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

English is preferred but not required.

Licence/Certification:
