We are seeking a passionate and experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team at Yooralla, a leading disability service provider in Victoria. As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you will work with children with disabilities to develop and implement evidence-based speech pathology services that promote functional skills and participation.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy in various settings, including homes, educational settings, and the community, to maximize a person's functional skills and participation.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists to provide comprehensive support to clients.
- Provide indirect client service and family coordination to support client goals and outcomes.
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or a related field.
- Membership of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with children with disabilities and their families.
- Ability to work in partnership with children with disabilities to set and achieve goals.
- Experience working within a transdisciplinary team model.
