About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team at Yooralla, a leading disability service provider in Victoria. As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you will work with children with disabilities to develop and implement evidence-based speech pathology services that promote functional skills and participation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering therapy in various settings, including homes, educational settings, and the community
  • Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve client goals
  • Providing indirect client service and family coordination to support client outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and membership of Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience working with children with disabilities and their families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in partnership with children and their families to set and achieve goals
