Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a passionate and driven Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in both paediatrics and adults caseloads. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work collaboratively with the team to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Early Childhood Intervention services to children 0-7 years, building on each family's strengths.
- Deliver goal-directed therapy services to young people and adults who may be experiencing learning, language, communication, feeding, sensory, intellectual, physical, and cognitive difficulties.
- Emphasize parent, teacher, and carer education to nurture change and support community participation in a range of environments.
- Collaborate with each person's support team to achieve their goals, working with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other speech pathologists.
- Support participants and others to develop and review individual therapy and support plans, ensuring goals are meaningful, meet the needs of the individual, and reflect their personal goals.
