Speech Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in both paediatrics and adults caseloads. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work collaboratively with the team to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Early Childhood Intervention services to children 0-7 years, building on each family's strengths.
  • Deliver goal-directed therapy services to young people and adults who may be experiencing learning, language, communication, feeding, sensory, intellectual, physical and cognitive difficulties.
  • Emphasize parent, teacher and carer education to nurture change and support community participation.
  • Collaborate with each person's support team to achieve their goals, working with occupational therapists, physiotherapists and other speech pathologists.
  • Support participants and others to develop and review individual therapy and support plans, ensuring goals are meaningful and meet the needs of the individual.

Essential Criteria:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and SPA registration
  • Must live and have eligibility to work in Australia
  • Driven, passionate and able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Adaptable and flexible, comfortable working in a high growth business
  • Access to own car and valid, non-restricted drivers' license
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
