Job Description


We are seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our Melbourne Litigation team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in representing a diverse range of clients, including major financial institutions, large corporates, government bodies, and private businesses.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in complex and high-profile disputes;
  • Work closely with clients to assist them in avoiding, managing, and resolving disputes and managing risk;
  • Mentor junior colleagues and demonstrate leadership skills;

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • 4+ years of post-graduate experience in a similar field;
  • A strong understanding of commercial disputes and litigation procedures;
  • An ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas to clients;
  • A client-focused and proactive approach;
