Exceptional Claims Professional

We are seeking an accomplished claims expert to join our team and contribute to the timely and effective management of a diverse portfolio of Accident and Sickness Claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed internal and external claims and administration service standards in a timely manner.
  • Manage Accident & Sickness claims from initial notification to file closure.
  • Strategically handle claims to achieve optimal financial outcomes while upholding fairness to all parties involved.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the highest level of customer service and support.
  • Maintain an effective diary system.
  • Facilitating claim payments and registrations as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in General Insurance, with a preference for expertise in Accident and Health claims.
  • Exceptional communication skills to actively engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Results-driven and proficient in meeting KPIs.
  • High attention to detail and advanced numeracy skills.
  • RG146 desirable.
