As an Accident and Health Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing policy coverage, investigating and evaluating cases, and ensuring timely and fair outcomes for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accident and Health claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.">
  • Collaborate with Brokers, medical professionals, and assessors to deliver high-quality claims support.">
  • Help clients through their recovery journey, supporting their return to work and wellbeing.">
  • Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the claims process.">

What You Need:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a case management role within insurance.">
  • Previous experience within accident and health is highly advantageous but not essential.">
  • A strong focus on customer service with the ability to build rapport over the phone and handle varying customer expectations and demands.">
  • A highly empathetic approach to dealing with customers, possessing the ability to be friendly yet professional.">
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.">
