The job entails overseeing a portfolio of claims and ensuring their resolution without hiccups, maintaining quality and effectiveness in compliance with GICOP.
About the Role- Proactively manage accident and health claims from start to finish.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently for improved customer satisfaction and service enhancement.
- Maintain regulatory, legislative, and internal compliance standards, implementing systems for ongoing monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure claims practices are centered around customers, efficient, and result in fair outcomes and minimal leakage.
- Boost team engagement while maintaining customer focus and cost control.
- Deliver exceptional service through timely and accurate responses via phone and email, prioritizing client needs and managing expectations.
- Apply analytical skills to assess and resolve claims promptly.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Accident & Health in a similar position.
- Background in managing the entire claims lifecycle.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation, including up-to-date awareness of regulatory requirements like GICOP.
