About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Adjuster to manage and settle a portfolio of Accident and Health claims from first advice through to settlement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Triage and manage new Accident and Health claim notifications to ensure timely and effective resolution.">
  3. Manage and settle a portfolio of claims, utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to convey decisions to insured brokers and explain reasoning behind those decisions when necessary.">
  4. Gather and analyze claims-related documents to support claim closure, maintaining accurate records in our database and complying with all relevant regulatory requirements.">
  5. Work collaboratively with internal teams, including the broader claims team, underwriters, and risk management, to achieve seamless service delivery.">
  6. Participate in training schemes as required and demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments.">

To be successful in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in Business or a related field and at least 2 years' experience working in claims related to A&H insurance. Additionally, you should possess competency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook, as well as good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
