Job Description:

 

The role of a Housekeeping Supervisor is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As part of the housekeeping team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supporting and training staff, and ensuring that all guest accommodations and public areas are immaculate and welcoming.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, support, and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure consistency in standards and address any issues promptly.
  • Manage inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and amenities, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
  • Foster a positive team culture and encourage professional development among staff.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any housekeeping concerns to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

 

Requirements:

 

This role requires previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality sector. You must possess excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
