About the Role

Zoos Victoria is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Senior Advisor to join our dedicated HR team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating learning programs, activities, and initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust learning experiences that enhance skills, knowledge, and competency across our people and teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that meet corporate, legislative, and compliance obligations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
  • Champion a culture of learning and continuous improvement within Zoos Victoria.

  • You are an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in learning and development.
  • You possess exceptional training and facilitation expertise, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles.
  • You are able to build rapport with people at all levels and utilize creativity to make a difference in a fast-paced team environment.
  • You are passionate about the work of Zoos Victoria and committed to collaboration, sharing of ideas, and continuous improvement.
