We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As part of this role, you will partner with business leaders to deliver key projects and provide exceptional HR support, guidance, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with the business to drive key projects forward and managing day-to-day HR operations
  • Supporting recruitment, talent identification, and onboarding needs across the business
  • Coaching and mentoring people leaders and providing robust stakeholder support
  • Employee and industrial relations, performance management, grievances, and learning and development
  • Training delivery and end-to-end coordination of training across the business

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a resilient all-rounder with relevant Industrial and Employee Relations skills, able to relate and engage a diverse team across multiple locations.

You must have experience in developing high-quality HR solutions that enable businesses to deliver on their key commercial drivers and people management initiatives.
