Programmatic Trader

A programmatic trader is a critical member of our team, responsible for managing campaign setups and optimisations across all channels and platforms.

The successful candidate will work with clients on campaign briefs, building responses and channel strategies that are relevant to the client's needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing campaign setups and optimisations across all channels and platforms.
  • Working with clients on campaign briefs, building responses and channel strategies that are relevant to the client's needs.
  • Overseeing the setup of campaigns and trading in all platforms, completing data and trend analysis to improve overall performance and ensure delivery against client KPIs.
  • Managing and leading a team of high-performing Executives and Assistants, mentoring them and helping them to grow.
  • Providing in-depth insights, commentary, and recommendations on campaign health and strategy.
  • Testing and learning new opportunities and betas across clients while recommending meaningful insights based on learning.
  • Building value-adding relationships with media partners, internal stakeholders, auditors, and relevant clients.
  • Proactively seeking out strategic investment opportunities that align with your client's strategic direction.
Required Expertise:
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar position across digital activation or biddable media.
  • Experience with tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta.
  • Deep understanding of the competitive advantages of media owners and technology vendors.
  • Experience managing a small team and mentoring junior staff.
  • Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
