Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our online presence through creative content creation and strategic marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and social media, with experience in creating engaging content, managing multiple social media accounts, and analyzing audience engagement metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Creating high-quality visual content for use on social media platforms, including photography and videography
  • Writing and editing engaging blog posts, email campaigns, and other digital content to promote our brand and services
  • Managing and scheduling social media content using a variety of tools and platforms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing and social media, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry
  • Strong skills in graphic design, video production, and copywriting
  • Proven ability to analyze audience engagement metrics and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop and Premiere Pro
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
