Event Planning and Execution Manager

We are seeking an experienced Event Planning and Execution Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in conceptualising, planning, and executing events that engage and empower members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end event delivery including conferences and webcasts
  • Stakeholder communications management
  • Speaker identification and engagement
  • Sponsorship development for events
  • Budget and project management for all events
  • Timelines, run sheets, contracts production and management
  • Supplier management and contract oversight
  • Logistics and operations management
  • Risk management and OH&S compliance at events
  • EventsAIR management and technical requirements understanding
  • High level experience with EventsAIR preferred, events systems essential
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Presentation confidence and senior government department interactions
  • Technical event requirements understanding
  • Results-driven with exceptional organisational skills
  • Presentation and time management skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results-driven attitude
  • Proactive decision-making ability
  • Sound budgeting and judgement skills
