Imagine yourself in the dynamic role of Event Planning Manager, managing the end-to-end process of planning and execution of events for clients of Peter Rowland Group, delivered efficiently and effectively. About You

· You have the ability to collaborate closely with the clients, executing their vision and offering expert, tailor-made advice on all things catering and events.

· You are a self-starter with ability to attend to customer enquiries and engage customers in a positive and professional way, supporting the relationships and networks forged by the Event Planning Team, making sure that communication flows seamlessly from one team member to the next.

· Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales growth.

· Passion for event planning, exceptional customer service and building strong, personable relationships with internal and external customers. The role is an excellent stepping stone into a sales position or senior events manager.
