Elearning and LMS Administrator Role

The role of the Elearning and LMS Administrator is a key position within our Learning Technologies team, providing expertise to both the team and the broader educational delivery team.

As an active participant in the implementation of our strategic plan, you will work collaboratively to enrich lives through education and strive for excellence in all endeavors.

Key attributes of the ideal candidate include:

  • A Diploma in ICT or equivalent relevant knowledge and experience
  • High-level understanding and experience in learning management systems (LMS) development, operation, and administration support
  • Expertise in Moodle LMS course administration, design, and level-specific troubleshooting
  • Strong IT skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication of IT solutions
  • Collaborative mindset with internal and external stakeholders, coupled with independent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Maintaining a professional attitude while working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage quality student data and adhere to administrative procedures
