Job Title:

eLearning Support Specialist

This is a full-time, continuing appointment opportunity in our eLearning support team.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive technical support and assistance to staff and students using Federation University's learning technologies. The role involves monitoring job requests, troubleshooting, and providing timely resolution of eLearning support requests and incidents.

About the Role:

  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and assistance to staff and students using Federation University's learning technologies.
  • eLearning Development: Contribute to the development of instructional resources for staff and students.
  • Training and Development: Deliver introductory training sessions to staff and students in the technical knowledge required to use eLearning technologies.

About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced eLearning specialist with a proven track record in providing technical support and eLearning development in a higher education setting. The successful candidate will possess:

  • Expertise in eLearning Technology: Experience in supporting and administering a range of eLearning technology software applications.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to undertake routine technical tasks within Learning Management Systems.
  • Training and Development: Experience in delivering staff training in the use of learning technologies to support sound pedagogical models and practices.
