Instructional Designer

We're seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive content that meets the needs of our learners.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative learning solutions. You will have the chance to design and develop eLearning modules, courses, and other training materials that meet the needs of our learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality instructional content, including text, images, audio, and video.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to guide the process of learning needs and training solutions.
  • Design and re-develop existing instructional modules and courses.
  • Implement modern learning technologies in course creation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field, such as education, instructional design, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on eLearning development.
  • Proven expertise in course authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
  • Familiarity with HTML5 and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
