Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Lead to join our Finance and Transformation teams. This is a unique opportunity to drive high-priority transformation projects that will upgrade or improve our business to reach its full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate finance process improvements, documenting and standardizing our "Way of Working"
- Support the Finance and Transformation Teams in readiness for ERP implementation, working closely with the Finance ERP SME
- Support the implementation of a new Payroll System
- Facilitate development of User Friendly, Self-service BI Performance Reporting (including Power Bi)
- Facilitate development and maintenance of standard financial modelling and analysis tools (including budget, NPV)
The incumbent in this role will be experienced in process improvement in a finance environment and is focused on delivering quality systems and processes to enable the finance team to provide effective financial support and guidance to operational leaders.
You will have the ability to document, process map, make recommendations and implement process. A focus on continuous improvement and value-add opportunities is essential. You have a strong financial and technical base and a demonstrated ability to successfully manage and implement change in a finance environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate and document change and process are also required.
