**Required Skills & Qualifications**

  • Proven experience in incident management or similar roles.
  • Ability to design and implement better ways of working and supporting tools to drive change within an organization.
  • Effective communication skills, able to work with technical and non-technical employees at all levels.
  • Outstanding problem investigation skills, able to quickly assemble the right teams to resolve incidents.
  • Leadership and drive, self-motivated, able to empower and lead others through challenging situations.
  • A consultative approach to influence and gain adoption of ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to decipher and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
