About the Role

This key position demands a skilled professional who can provide expert analysis and recommendations from various condition monitoring sources.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions regarding asset management and maintenance
  • Grow and maintain the asset population covered by a condition monitoring agreement through effective relationship-building and negotiation
  • Develop quality actionable sales leads for the product support sales team by leveraging your expertise in condition monitoring and asset performance
  • Provide timely and insightful asset reports to support sales activities and drive business growth

About You

To excel in this role, you will require the following skills, experience, and attributes:

  • A mechanical trade background or equivalent technical experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in servicing or supporting Caterpillar products, with a strong understanding of their operational requirements
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • A high level of organization, time management, and planning skills
  • A commitment to safety, health & environment procedures, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment
