Reliability Expert Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our production systems.

The primary focus of this position is to define and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that meet or exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to reduce downtime and improve overall system stability.

To achieve these goals, you will need to have a strong understanding of technology landscapes, software engineering, DevOps, operations, and cloud engineering. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Define Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement solutions to reduce downtime and improve overall system stability
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IAC) skills
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks
