As our new Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for elevating guest experiences through exceptional service and collaboration with your Director of Food and Beverage.

This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on every detail of our Conference & Events operations. You will be instrumental in shaping a consistent and exceptional product while driving towards projected profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective standard operating procedures to ensure safety and nurture team relationships.
  • Manage Outdoor Dining within budget parameters, optimizing revenue and costs.
  • Build exceptional guest experiences, collaborate closely with clients.
  • Support the Outdoor Dining and events team, oversee operations.

You will come equipped with:

  • 3 years' experience as a manager or Operational Events Manager
  • RSA certification
  • Full Driving License
