Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to oversee the In Room Dining operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This includes ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, monitoring and controlling food and beverage inventory, developing and implementing effective training programs, and ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
