We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dining Operations Manager to lead our luxury dining team.

The Role

As a Dining Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards in a high-end hospitality setting. You will lead the team to provide an elevated guest experience, from warm welcomes to personalized touches.

  • Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and intuitive service.
  • Work closely with culinary and service teams to ensure consistency and excellence in dining experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring the highest cleanliness standards.

You will analyze guest feedback from direct comments, review cards, or online reviews and drive strategic improvements to enhance overall rating. Additionally, you will mentor individual team members' growth, identifying short- to long-term goals for high colleague engagement and welfare.

Talent Profile

A degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Restaurant Management is preferred. Familiarity with restaurant systems, such as Symphony or Seven Rooms, is required. Excellent communication skills paired with a passion for guest relations are essential. A strong command of written and spoken English is mandatory.
