Dining Operations Manager

A high-energy Restaurant Supervisor is sought to lead our team at a dynamic fast-casual dining location. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and motivational skills, with a proven track record in managing high-volume teams. Strong interpersonal/listening/communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to inspire cooperation and teamwork through self-confidence, positive attitude, and enthusiasm.
About the Position- Lead and direct daily operations, including inventory management and financial efficiency
- Hire, train, and develop new staff members
- Coach and counsel existing staff and managers
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and security standards
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and operating standards
- Drive sales growth and maintain a positive customer experience
- At least 2 years' management experience in a high-volume atmosphere (Fast Casual dining experience preferred)
- Familiar with local liquor licensing laws
- Hold a valid RSA certification
