About the Role

This is a key position that oversees the entire fleet management lifecycle from acquisition to replacement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring decisions are informed by data, cost efficiency and operational needs. This role is instrumental in maintaining service standards, managing supplier relationships and supporting the delivery of fleet-related projects across the business.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure fleet operations are aligned with broader organisational goals. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting sustainability targets, helping to implement hybrid and electric vehicle strategy.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversight of fleet management lifecycle from acquisition to replacement
  2. Ensuring decisions are informed by data, cost efficiency and operational needs
  3. Maintaining service standards and managing supplier relationships

About You

The successful candidate will bring solid experience in fleet management. They understand how various components - vehicles, suppliers, data and people connect to deliver reliable and cost-effective operation.

They are confident working with data, have strong Excel skills that support informed decision-making, can build trust and navigate challenging conversations with ease and maintain oversight and influence outcomes even in complex or high-pressure situations.
