Restoration Sales & Estimating Job

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong problem-solving aptitude, optimistic and persuasive communication skills. This role involves inspecting damaged properties, preparing detailed estimates for repair, collaborating with insurance adjusters and property owners to agree on the scope and cost of repairs.

This position requires efficient time management, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, proficiency in computer software, and a strong work ethic. You will work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service while meeting expectations. A minimum of five years' construction experience is advantageous.

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is required.
  • Experience with estimating software, such as Xactimate and Symbility, is essential.
  • Industry certifications, including IICRC and Lead, are highly valued.
