We are seeking an exceptional Restoration Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. This high-volume and fast-paced industry requires a motivated individual who can take on new challenges and shine.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging trades, technicians, scheduling, and managing budgets to ensure timely project delivery to our clients. This role works closely with estimators, technicians, suppliers, sub-contractors, and finance teams, reporting to a Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Consistent and accurate administration and project coordination of small-medium restoration projects
  • Organisation and scheduling of appropriate trades/technicians/estimators
  • Cost management through claim life, handling of trade invoices
  • Strong focus on KPIs
  • Collating photos and other documents for submitting reports and quotations
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and regular updates

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in insurance repair coordination
  • Thorough understanding of the construction or restoration process, critical inspection points, and WHS requirements
  • Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards and State legislation
  • Track record of establishing and maintaining long-term relationships/accounts
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive and outcome-focused
  • Ability to act independently and multi-task
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication
