We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Water Damage Restoration Project Manager to join our team. As a Water Damage Restoration Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading water damage restoration projects from start to finish.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead water damage restoration projects, including conducting thorough damage assessments, developing comprehensive scopes of work, and coordinating logistics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust with property owners, negotiate with insurance adjusters, and sequence trades efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Business Impact: Drive project profitability through accurate scoping and cost justification, maintain high customer satisfaction, and strengthen our reputation through consistent execution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Expertise: 3+ years of experience in water mitigation/restoration project management, IICRC WRT certification, and proficiency with proper documentation of the scope of loss.
  • Critical Thinking: Proven ability to analyze complex structural damage and develop remediation plans under tight deadlines.
  • Communication & Sales: Ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences and consultative selling skills to expand project scopes.
