Health, Safety and Environmental Specialist

About the Position: We are seeking a dedicated HSE Compliance Specialist to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of our Health, Safety and Environmental management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, audits, and compliance checks
- Monitor and report compliance with legislative requirements and industry standards
- Support incident reporting and investigation processes to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Prepare comprehensive HSE reports and documentation for stakeholders
- Contribute to the delivery of HSE training and awareness programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements: To be successful in this role you will require a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum) and a minimum 3 years experience in a safety or environmental sustainability role. ICAM Incident Investigation qualifications are desirable. A valid driver's license is essential. You will also need strong interpersonal and communication skills, good data analysis and reporting skills, and the ability to participate in open consultation. With high attention to detail and accuracy, you will contribute to promoting a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace culture.
