This role involves prompt and professional communication with customers and brokers, as well as effective investigation, reserving, and adjustment of claims incurred by insureds.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent claim handling skills and be able to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
- They will also have the ability to analyze complex information, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions to resolve claims efficiently.
- In addition, they will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders through various means, including phone calls and written correspondence.
