Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Wok Chef to join our catering team at Perth Airport. As an expert in wok-based dishes, you will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation in our kitchens.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and producing traditional Asian-style cuisines for Economy, Business class, and First class passengers;
  • Maintaining a hygienic work environment;

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in modern and traditional styles of Japanese, Malay, Chinese, Thai, or Singaporean cuisine, as well as recognized qualifications in Commercial Cookery (minimum Cert III).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in wok handling, heat transfer, and wok maintenance;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
