Job Overview

As a key member of our accounting practice team in Brunswick, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional client service and support. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, ensuring compliance deadlines are met, and maintaining software systems with accurate client information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collation of financial statements and tax returns
  • Scheduling client appointments and responding to client inquiries
  • Preparing client correspondence and maintaining software systems
  • Assisting with billing, ASIC backup, and MYOB, Xero, ASIC portal, ATO portal

Requirements

  • Recent work experience within an accounting practice
  • Xero and MYOB AE experience highly regarded
  • Previous ASIC experience advantageous
  • Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new systems
  • Good attention to detail
