Job Title: Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales invoices and associated paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify and match media supplier invoices, ensuring accurate pricing and coding.
  • Reconcile invoices with Media bills, identifying any discrepancies or errors.
  • Solve problems related to client and supplier invoices, providing clear and concise solutions.
  • Upload, process, and finalize supplier payments, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage banking and EFTPOS transactions, ensuring seamless payment processing.
  • Assist with daily payment runs, guaranteeing timely and efficient financial operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Liaise with clients regarding outstanding balances, maintaining open and transparent communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software, with experience in financial data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial information.
  • High standard of numeracy and accuracy, with a keen eye for detail and precision.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proven organizational skills, with a strong sense of initiative and time management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
